**FILM FESTIVAL - WEDNESDAY, MAY 25, 2011. THE FESTIVAL WILL BEGIN AT 7:30PM.

BRING A BLANKET OR CHAIR.

ASSIGNMENTS:
I. Due Friday, 5/20: FINISH FILM PROJECT
All students must COMPLETE their film for the festival by the end of the period.
**Also, students should plan for the weekly production.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: Students will produce a daily "Live" production Students will work on a weekly project and learn new video/ production skills

II. DAILY PRODUCTION: 1. Each day, students will arrive at 7:30 and begin actual production at 7:45 2. Students will participate in a Post Production Discussion (Students will discuss the daily program, changes, positive comments and next-day production

III. Film Project: After each project is exported and turned in, students will review their work with Mrs. Christian. All films must be approved and fixed. Films receiving a B+ will be presented in the Film Festival.

Students will finish all editing for the final exams after production
Students are creating individual films for the film festival

ALL editing must be completed today

Film Requirements:
1. All FILMS must be completed by 5/20
2. All exports must be PLACED IN YOUR FOLDER. PLEASE LABEL YOUR WORK.

A. Uses balanced transitions
B. NO choppy video
C. Clear audio
D. Clear theme
E. The viewer is able to follow the video
F. Not tossed together
G. 5 min. minimum
H. Uses at least two tutorials
I. Contains titles and credits
J. 3 sec black before and after
K. Fades in and out
L. Music and video fades appropriately throughout the project.

All students must turn in a weekly log indicating the progress of their final exam.
This week, your check will be worth 50 points.
