Studio Production, Week 18

Students will produce a daily "Live" production
Students will work on a weekly project and learn new video/ production skills

1. Each day, students will arrive at 7:30 and begin actual production at 7:45

2. Students will participate in a Post Production Discussion (Students will discuss the daily program, changes, positive comments and next-day production
3. Next, Students will work on their weekly project. Each week, students will complete a small video project for BASH.
4. This week's project: Students will complete video projects

Directions:
Tuesday: Paragraphs, storyboards and interview questions are due by the end of the period
Wednesday- Friday- Tape

Monday, 3/31 Through Thursday, 4/3- Edit
**The date was changed due to PSSA testing

Viewing/ Grading Day: Friday: 4/4



-This will entail students and teacher in natural surroundings
-Students must follow ALL Journalism 3 rules. (Including rule #1: Students may not film in a classroom without a permission slip signed by the teacher PRIOR to the filming date) Students will in NO WAY disrupt classrooms.

- The project must have a creative title, clean edits, voice overs or music
-Sports packages must exceed 1:00; Music video projects must range bet: 1:30-2:00
-Projects must have variety and a theme.
-Topics must be approved by teacher prior to filming
-Students will turn in a brief paragraph by Tuesday explaining their ideas

**Any student who does not turn in the storyboard, script and paragraph and /or interview questions will receive a zero.


200 point project
This will be the last one for the marking period
